After 5 great years, I recently left my position as a new construction sales agent for The New Home Company where I opened and sold 4 new communities in Davis & Vacaville. New construction has been a passion of mine from a young age and working for The New Home Company was a dream come true. I made the decision to go back to resale so I can put my vast experience to work for you!
How can I make a difference? I have personal contacts throughout NorCal who work for a variety of builders. I know who is building, where the neighborhoods are, and how to negotiate for upgrades! I have been on both sides of the process (I bought my first home from Morrison Homes in 1999) therefore, I understand how you feel.

- 2017 Sold 25 “Heirloom” 3-story townhomes, $450,000 – $650,00
- 2019, Jan – September Sold 30 Bristol & Oxford single-family homes, $550,000 – $750,000
- 2019, September – December Sold 34 Preston & Sheffield single-family homes, $450,000 – $650,00
